Device side: your machines
Compatible ATMs and self-service kiosks run the Futura software and connect to Futura OS. Each hardware model and its peripherals (cash dispenser, bill acceptor, card reader, printer) is reviewed before deployment.
How operators connect compatible ATMs and kiosks to Futura OS, and how participating financial service providers are integrated so the same machines can offer more supported services.
Every integration starts with a technical review. Futura does not guarantee timelines or services before that review.Diagram for illustration, not a product screenshot. Regulated services are performed by the third-party providers shown. Available services depend on the machine, location and provider agreements.
An integration connects the machines on one side and the financial service providers on the other. Futura OS sits in the middle.
Compatible ATMs and self-service kiosks run the Futura software and connect to Futura OS. Each hardware model and its peripherals (cash dispenser, bill acceptor, card reader, printer) is reviewed before deployment.
Futura OS routes each supported service to a participating provider that performs it, such as a money transmitter for transfers or a gift card network for gift cards.
Once connected, operators see their machines, cash levels, transaction workflows and support requests in Futura Dashboard. Views depend on the deployment.
Each step has a clear output, so you know what was validated before moving on.
Timelines depend on hardware, integrations, provider approvals and location readiness. Futura does not guarantee a deployment timeframe.
The more we know at the start, the faster we can tell you what is possible on your network.
API access for partner integrations is scoped by agreement and by the services involved. Integration details, documentation and test access are shared with partners under agreement.
Customer identity is verified once with Futura ID. Futura never asks customers for PINs, passwords or full card numbers in chat, and partner credentials are never shared outside secure channels.
Cash In and Cash Out totals for the selected period, machines online, machines in use, low cassettes, overdue cash settlements and the machines that need attention.
Connection status and last report for every machine, the cash in each cassette and in the bill acceptor by denomination, and diagnostic events from the machine software.
ATM sessions and integrated services in one view, each with its funding status, how it was paid and the failure reason when something goes wrong. Coverage depends on the integrations in each deployment.
Register machines and the services each one shows, record cassette loads with reconciliation against machine counts, resolve cash settlements and follow support requests by machine.
Daily settlement, machine summary, fee revenue, exceptions, cash in machines and peak hours, with CSV export. Changes made from the dashboard are logged with the user and time.
Machines connect to Futura OS, and Futura OS connects to participating providers that perform the regulated services. API access for partners is scoped by agreement.

Futura is hardware-agnostic by design, and each machine model is reviewed during the hardware compatibility review. You will know which machines are compatible before any commitment.
Not necessarily. Futura OS works with participating processors and providers. Your current processor and agreements are reviewed during discovery.
It depends on the hardware, the services, provider approvals and location readiness. Futura does not guarantee a timeframe before the technical review.
Services are listed above with their availability status. What applies to your network depends on hardware compatibility, provider agreements and location.
Licensed providers perform the regulated services and their compliance programs apply. Operators run their machines and locations. Futura provides the software.
